Regarding the Confusion between Lizen - Licogi 16 at the Agora Centre City project

Recently, our company, LIZEN Joint Stock Company, has received many inquiries from customers interested in buying land at the Agora Centre City project in Thủ Thừa, Long An, developed by Thủ Thừa Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

We, LIZEN Joint Stock Company (formerly LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company), and our member companies, want to confirm that WE ARE NOT RELATED to Thủ Thừa Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and are not a distributor of the Agora Centre City project in Thủ Thừa, Long An.


Regarding the confusion caused by using the developer's name and brand logo "LICOGI" (specifically LICOGI 16.1 Joint Stock Company and LICOGI 16.8 Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company, which were previously subsidiaries of LIZEN – LICOGI 16 and shared the same branding), we have now changed to LIZEN Joint Stock Company. We have also SOLD 100% OF OUR SHARES AND ARE NO LONGER INVOLVED in the business activities of these two companies.
