During the training, the team realized that some tasks, which seemed simple but truly risk-taking if being carried out by themsleves without following the order of reporting. Clear understanding of company regulations also makes coordination smoother.
Here is a summary of the internal training content for those who couldn’t attend:

Part II: Key Issues to Improve and Strengthen – Shared and discussed by Ms. Lê Thị Phương Nam, Deputy General Director of LIZEN.
1. Information Management:
Internal communication and group work must follow company policies, including reporting and task updates.
External communication: Who is responsible for sharing information externally?
2. Company Culture: "Sincerity – Responsibility – Humanity."
3. Training and Human Resources Management:
The company supports training and encourages departments to propose ideas to strengthen internal capabilities.
LIZEN seeks to attract talent as the brand and management processes are renewed. Post-recruitment evaluations will help improve recruitment strategies and work with universities to secure high-quality personnel.
4. Company Brand and Image:
LIZEN is continuously innovating and asserting our brand position. Every individual in the company should act as a “Brand Ambassador” for LCG.
The quality and reputation of the work at each unit enhance LIZEN's brand image. The Board of Directors praised the contributions of the QL45-Nghi Sơn project team in this regard.
The Board also advised on using social media wisely to protect LIZEN's brand value.
5. Coordination and Mechanisms:
All units must follow proper procedures and report to the relevant departments to prevent errors.
Information needs to be transparent and timely to avoid delays affecting overall project quality. Collaboration between departments and construction sites should be seen as part of a unified system.
The company has never delayed salaries or social insurance payments, even during the pandemic. At this time, units are encouraged to propose fair rewards for employees who perform well. However, those who do not meet standards will be dismissed, especially if engaging in negative behavior. Contractors or teams involved in misconduct with employees for personal gain, causing losses to the company, will not only be removed from the project but may also face legal action depending on the severity.
Through the discussions in the training session, the employees fully supported the company's policies. With this energy and spirit, LIZEN is gradually proving the capability and responsibility on every project, continuously improving technical expertise, quality, and project execution speed to reinforce our position.
